MEP Designer

Crawford Company is seeking a MEP Designer. This position provides design and drafting support to the engineering team. This role supports multiple divisions within Crawford Company and works directly with project managers, estimators and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive design-build drawings suitable for permitting, cost estimating, and construction.
Produce detailed fabrication drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Lead coordination efforts between MEP design and other trades.
Establish, implement, and maintain company drafting standards.
Support field operations, including layout and coordination using Trimble Points.
Perform field data capture using Trimble 3D scanner technology on jobsites.
Conduct MEP coordination using Navisworks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+3 years of relevant design/drafting experience
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Trimble Points.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $95,000

Compensation commensurate with experience and background
