CNC Brake Operator

Crawford Company is seeking self-motivated CNC Brake Operators who want to become a part of an elite team!

Compensation commensurate with experience and aptitude.

Essential Functions:

• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform machine setup by selecting, installing, and adjusting the proper dies and tooling.
• Program the CNC press brake by inputting precise measurements, angles and bend sequences.
• Safely operate the press brake to bend and form sheet metal and steel plates.
• Perform routing maintenance of press brake and tooling.
• Complete all necessary production records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position that will require some overtime. Workdays are Monday through Friday.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.  You must frequently lift and or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
