Lang Named Service Dispatcher at Crawford

Pam Lang has been named Service Dispatcher at Crawford Co. Lang will play a key role in helping Crawford's Service Department continue to become more effective and efficient, while assisting with sales growth efforts.

Lang has six years of related experience. She served as an Executive Assistant and Dispatcher at Northwest Mechanical, from 2003 through 2008. More recently she was a Health Market Manager at Hy-Vee for three years. Lang also served as head NCAA Women's Volleyball Coach at Oglethorpe University for two years.

She earned a B.S. from Tennessee Tech University in Human Ecology in 1998. She was a four-year letterwinner and captain on the volleyball team.

"Pam has been able to hit the ground running," Ian Frink, vice president, said. "Her background tied into what we were looking for in a service dispatcher. Her organizational and sales skills will serve our customers and our company well."
