Rock Island, IL- Crawford Company's President Bob Frink takes part in the ribbon cutting for The Villas at College Hill, Rock Island, IL. The Villas is a housing development by Rock Island Economic Growth composed of three new construction homes. Crawford Company served as general for the project and provided HVAC and Plumbing Services.
