Brian Preston Named Estimator for Weld, Laser Divisions

ROCK ISLAND, IL - Crawford Company has named Brian Preston estimator for the Weld and Laser Divisions. Preston will serve as a liaison between Crawford customers and the company's laser/fabrication team. He will assist with drawings, estimation, and production.

Preston comes to Crawford after spending 14 years at PCT Engineered Systems. He was a mechanical shop supervisor and mechanical fabrication estimator at the Davenport, IA, company. He also worked eight years at Roth Pump (Milan, IL) in a number of varying capacities.

Crawford's industrial divisions specialize in laser cutting, welded fabrication, and custom fabrication. Crawford's four versatile laser cutting machines offer complete services for mild steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, and plastics. The fabrication division provides solutions custom solutions, fabricates prototype parts, production parts, and build sub-assemblies. The fab shop has a full-range of capabilities up to 1/2" plate.
