Project Summary:
Prior to becoming a bakery, the existing space did not contain a commercial kitchen or ADA accessible bathroom. Crawford Company’s Plumbing Division installed new waste, water, and vent piping for the bakery. This also included installation of a grease trap and wash sinks in the commercial kitchen. Crawford’s team installed new plumbing and fixtures for the ADA accessible bathroom.
Crawford’s Commercial HVAC Division installed venting for two commercial ovens.

We are a small family owned bakery. We specialize in creating traditional recipes, a lot of which were my grandmothers. We also offer many of these recipes converted to gluten free and some converted to gluten free dairy free. Our selection changes constantly.
