Crawford Recognized by City of Rock Island, Crawford Company Day is Mar. 23rd

ROCK ISLAND, IL - Crawford Company was recognized by Mayor Dennis Pauley and the city council of Rock Island at last night's meeting.

 

The company received a Cornerstone Business Award, Proclamation, and will be recognized with "Crawford Company Day" in Rock Island on Mar. 23rd.

 

Company president Bob Frink addressed the council and thanked the city for their support and all of the company's past and current employees during Crawford's 60 years in Rock Island. He also recognized company founder Harvey Crawford and former business partner Jim Maynard Sr. Current vice presidents Jim Maynard Jr. and Ian Frink attended last night as well.

 

 

WHEREAS: Crawford Company was established in Rock Island in 1952, and;

 

WHEREAS: Crawford Company is celebrating 60 years of business this year, and;

 

WHEREAS: Crawford Company exemplifies the qualities inherent in businesses who continually show excellence in service to their customers and in their business practices, and;

 

WHEREAS: the City of Rock Island is proud to have Crawford Company as a Rock Solid, Rock Island business.
