Challenge: Deliver exterior panel project on time and within budget
Project Summary:
In a countrywide effort GM wants to make its new dealerships visually enticing to buyers, along with moving them away from the look and feel associated with "old GM" showrooms. As part of the remodeling, exterior entryways and reception areas are being revamped. Cavanaugh Motors called on Crawford Company to help them out with their remodeling project. The old metal "shed” soffit and entire canopy was removed from the building. New plywood and insulation was installed along with a new "tower” entry to prepare it for its new look. Crawford Company was challenged with installing new alpolic wall panels on the buildings exterior. Several challenges were met throughout the project with trying to fit straight line wall panels onto an old unlevel building.
